Refund Policy

At Rejuva Glow Beauty, we are committed to providing exceptional skincare services and ensuring every client has a positive experience. Please review our refund policy before booking an appointment or purchasing products.

1. Service Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our skincare treatments, all services are non-refundable once they have been completed. Results may vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly discuss your experience and, when appropriate, recommend a follow-up consultation or solution.

2. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may forfeit any deposits paid.

3. Deposits

If a deposit is required to secure your appointment, it will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are generally non-refundable, but they may be transferred to a future appointment if you reschedule within the required notice period.

4. Product Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded due to health and hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
